Membership Charge
Registering for the CRN Free Trial or the foreclosure listing service, the customer consents to the recurring billing of thirty-nine dollars and eighty cents ($39.80) for all services provided by CRN. The recurring billing will be charged each month to the credit card or debit card used by the customer during the registration process. You consent to recurring billing until such time as you cancel the service according to the cancellation policy discussed below.
Membership Cancellation
CRN reserves the right to cancel services to any customer at any time. Similarly, a customer may cancel services at any time through the use of the online account management tool or by an email or phone call to Customer Support. On cancellation the customer has the right to continue using of the site and its services through the end of the prepaid period of use. Similarly, all prepaid membership fees for the then current monthly billing cycle at time of termination shall remain due to CRN.
Refund
If you feel you are entitled to a full or partial refund, you must call Customer Support at (800) 291-4794. You will be asked to submit your request in writing, also stating your reasons. We will review your request for a partial refund for up to 10 business days. Verification of partial refunds includes a full review of the customer's site activity as well as other methods to verify the pattern of use. A partial refund is defined as the prorated monthly membership fee from the date of cancellation to the end of the prepaid membership period. Full refunds will not be issued.
Access and Interface
You must not use any robot, spider, crawler, miner or other automatic device or programmatic routine, or manual process to monitor or copy any pages or content in this website. You must not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this website.
Member Account, Password and Security
In our registration process you receive a username and password. Keep these confidential because you are responsible for all activities that occur using these credentials. You must immediately notify CRN Customer Support of any unauthorized use of your username, password or account or any other breach of security. You must make sure you exit from your account at the end of each session by clicking the Logout button.
