Membership Charge
In the free trial, at no charge, we provide you three (3) days of limited access to our website.
For the thirty day trial, we charge you $1.99 and provide you our service and full access to our website for thirty (30) days. The charge is not refundable.
If you sign up for the continuity program, we charge you a non-refundable $1.99 and provide you our service and full access to our website for thirty (30) days. If you do not cancel the service within the first 30 days from the date of the order, you will continue to be provided service and full access to our website and be charged $39.96 after the 30th day and each month thereafter until you cancel. Service and web access last through the end of the prepaid period in which you cancel.
By signing up for our service you agree to pay the above charges.
Membership Cancellation
CRN reserves the right to cancel services to any customer at any time. Similarly, a customer may cancel services at any time by calling our customer service representatives at (800) 291-4794. On cancellation the customer has the right to continue using the site and services through the end of the prepaid period of use. Similarly, all prepaid membership fees for the then-current monthly billing cycle at time of termination shall remain due to CRN.
Refund
If you feel you are entitled to a full or partial refund, you must call Customer Support at (800) 291-4794. Your eligibility for a partial or full refund will be reviewed at the time of your call and the refund, if you qualify to receive one, will be returned to you using the same method as your payment. For example, if you have paid using a credit card, you will see a credit on the same credit card account after it’s determined how much refund you qualify for.
Access and Interface
You must not use any robot, spider, crawler, miner or other automatic device or programmatic routine, or manual process to monitor or copy any pages or content in this website. You must not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this website.
Member Account, Password and Security
During your initial order you received a username and password. Keep these confidential because you are responsible for all activities that occur using these credentials. You must immediately notify CRN Customer Support of any unauthorized use of your username, password or account or other breach of security.
