"My name is Tim and I called for a CRN foreclosure list. After looking it over I found a place that I wanted to look at and contacted a buddy of mine who was a realtor. After that we submitted an offer and I ended up buying the place for $7,000 less than it was listed. The seller also fixed the water and AC unit for me. And now, I’m getting my first month’s mortgage paid for thanks to CRN."
